Goldens gymnastics is the home of GIJO and AAU competitive gymnastics for both boys and girls.
We welcome committed athletes May-September to join our season. For more information please talk to a coach.
Girls team levels 3 and up practice Tuesday and Thursday 6-9 with optional Friday practices. Level 2 have various times throughout the week.
Boys team practices 4-6 Monday and 3:30-5:00 Friday
